Your satisfaction is our top priority. As a small business we take the time to hand craft and make sure every product is perfect before arriving to you. However, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact our team within 14 business days upon the arrival of your custom item to receive up to a 50% refund. Items must be unworm, undamaged, and in perfect resellable condition for us to accept the refund. All custom items are provided a picture of the finished work after completed and before shipping. If there is any damage after delivery, it is with the post office and there is nothing we can do about damage from a third party delivery service. We reserve the right to deny any refund due to damages cause by a third party delivery service.Due to the fact that materials are purchased almost immediately for each order, if you decide to cancel your order during the processing phase (before completed and shipped) then you may not receive a refund. As a small business we do not have a large factory or multiple workers. All items are made by hand and custom made by order. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund or exchange request. 

All return shipping will be paid for by the customer. If your return is approved you can expect your refund amount to be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of it being processed.
