Custom Items Inquiry Form

To ensure a smooth process, be as specific as possible in your design details. If your order includes multiple sizes/colors, indicate each size/color. If you have any reference photos or photos you want included, send an email to ShopDolledByKekeLLC@gmail.com with your name in the subject line. Also indicate that you have reference photos or photos you want included in the message box so I can look for the email with the images.

In the message box please include:

• date needed
• type of item (shirt, sweater, hoodie, etc.)
• size of item (in unisex)
• color of item
• front/back only or front and back
• pickup or shipping
• design details (be as specific as possible. Indicate if you have images/references, color scheme, glitter or not, etc.)
